About SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action)

SNEHA is a Mumbai-based non-profit organization working to improve the health, nutrition, and safety of women and children in vulnerable urban communities. We empower women and families through integrated programs, education, and advocacy while partnering with public health and safety systems to strengthen long-term outcomes.

Our key focus areas include Maternal and Child Health, Adolescent Empowerment, Prevention of Violence, Public System Partnerships, Palliative Care, SNEHA Shakti, and Livelihood Generation.

Since 2016, SNEHA has directly reached over 620,000 women, children, and healthcare workers and impacted 3.6 million people across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. With a dedicated team of 500+ professionals, we continue to make a measurable difference in reducing maternal and neonatal mortality, malnutrition, and gender-based violence.

ABOUT THE DOMAIN

The Resource Mobilization domain is responsible for securing financial and non-financial resources within SNEHA for both program and non-program needs. The domain is also responsible for donor relationship management along with the respective program teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic senior professional to lead strategy, partnerships, knowledge management, and resource mobilization at SNEHA. The role will be instrumental in shaping organizational growth, building visibility, and strengthening collaborations with key stakeholders across the public health ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Partnerships

  • Drive organizational strategy and guide SNEHA’s resource mobilization roadmap.
  • Represent SNEHA at city, state, and national platforms to advocate for its innovations.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with government, NGOs, and donors for program scale-up.

2. Knowledge & Research

  • Develop frameworks to capture and share best practices in public health.
  • Strengthen internal learning on emerging health and nutrition issues.
  • Enhance research and publications to support advocacy and partnerships.

3. Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor the resource mobilization and communications teams.
  • Oversee the annual communications strategy and budget.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

4. Resource Mobilization & Outreach

  • Cultivate relationships with corporates, foundations, HNIs, and funding agencies.
  • Explore innovative fundraising channels including CSR, retail donors, and social impact models.
  • Strengthen SNEHA’s brand visibility through campaigns, events, and strategic communication.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Finance teams for donor reporting and grant management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
