Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Manager to drive our B2B client acquisition strategy for US and global markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-channel lead generation, digital marketing, and sales pipeline development , particularly in the IT services, analytics, and digital marketing domains. This role requires a strategic leader who can design, execute, and optimize campaigns while mentoring a team of demand-generation specialists. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Strategy & Execution Develop and implement end-to-end lead generation strategies (LinkedIn, Email, Ads, Events). Identify and target key decision-makers (CIOs, CMOs, VPs) in the US, Europe, and APAC markets. Optimize cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates through data-driven approaches. Manage CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. 2. Digital Marketing Leadership Oversee SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media to generate inbound leads. Design landing pages, lead magnets, and email nurture sequences . Analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) and refine strategies. 3. Team & Client Collaboration Lead a team of digital marketers, SDRs, and content creators . Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline growth. Present ROI reports to senior management and clients. 4. Business Development & Innovation Stay updated on AI-driven lead gen tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT for outreach). Explore new channels (account-based marketing, podcast sponsorships, webinars). Develop case studies and testimonials to showcase success.
