As a Project manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects to ensure successful delivery and implementation of project management core principles. With 13 years of work experience, you will work from Virtusa office and will be responsible for overseeing the project management process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between team members, and facilitating the agile methodology. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Your strong leadership skills and understanding of project management principles will be essential in driving project success and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, userstories, automated testing, backlog refinement)· Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups· Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration· Be the point of contact for customers and other external stakeholders· Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests· Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur· Help teams implement changes effectively· Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint· Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills· Scrum master certification is a plus· Should be well conversant with Jira3411
