Were seeking a seasoned and passionate Director of Operations and Delivery with 15+ years of proven success in leading and delivering exceptional operational outcomes. This is a critical role that will shape the future of our operations, drive innovation, and foster a high-performing culture. As our Director of Operations and Delivery, youll play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end delivery of our business objectives. Youll collaborate closely with business units and enterprise architecture to set strategic goals, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Lead multi-disciplinary teams across different business units, fostering a high-performing and motivated environment. Drive Strategic Direction: Define and execute the operational strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth goals. Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with Canadian leadership to identify and execute new business opportunities. Deliver Results: Develop and implement initiatives that drive business results, improve efficiency, and maximize impact. Build and Develop: Address the challenges of building and developing an in-house team of top talent. Foster Growth: Work with HR and Talent Acquisition to attract, develop, and retain the best talent. Embrace Innovation: Operate with a "TechCo" mindset, leveraging technology to innovate and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Mentor and Lead: Mentor and guide senior managers, engineers, and architects, fostering the next generation of leaders. Requirements Required qualifications to be successful in this role Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong leadership background in operations, preferably managing global accounts. Proven leadership skills with a strategic, visionary, and collaborative approach. Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders. Demonstrated success in leading change management, operational transformation, and implementing critical changes. Experience leading and managing large teams in a senior management capacity.
