About The Opportunity

A senior leadership role in the Digital Marketing & Advertising sector, focused on performance-driven and brand-led integrated campaigns for diverse B2B and B2C clients. This role leads client-facing strategy, revenue growth, and cross-functional delivery across creative, media, performance marketing and technology stacks. Location: India — On-site requirement.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own strategic client relationships and act as the single-point executive sponsor—drive retention, upsell and long-term account expansion.
  • Define and execute account growth plans and P&L targets; set quarterly revenue goals and monitor margin delivery.
  • Lead new business pitches and RFP responses—craft differentiated positioning, pricing strategies and executive presentations.
  • Translate client objectives into integrated campaign briefs that align creative, media, performance and analytics teams for measurable ROI.
  • Establish governance and SLAs across cross-functional teams; implement reporting cadence, performance reviews and escalation protocols.
  • Mentor and scale the client servicing organisation—hire, coach senior AMs, and drive process improvements to increase throughput and quality.
