JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role : Video Editor for Educational Content. Job Title : Digital Video Content Production Specialist. About Us We produce educational content focused on management topics. Our mission is to create simple, clear, and engaging video lessons that make learning easy for students. Who We Need We are looking for a Video Editor who can enhance and refine our educational videos. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the content, streamline it for clarity, and add appealing visuals and graphics to make concepts easier to grasp. What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities) Content Refinement: Watch and analyze recorded lessons and webinars. Remove irrelevant parts, keeping only the essential content. Visual Enhancements: Add graphics, text, and animations to explain complex topics effectively. Ensure visuals align with the learning objectives and maintain student interest. Match visuals to the subject matter effectively. Make the videos visually appealing to keep students engaged. Audio Quality Improvement: Enhance audio clarity and professionalism. Eliminate background noise and improve voice quality. Ensure clear and professional audio output. Ensure perfect alignment of audio levels. Remove noise or distractions from the recordings. Video Recording & Editing: Record videos during live teaching sessions or work with host and create YouTube content as needed. Edit and produce videos tailored for YouTube and other online platforms using best practices. Edit videos to make them concise and easy to follow. Record live sessions and convert that to a video lecture video. Add relevant background music or sound effects to boost the overall quality of the videos. Strong English Proficiency : Excellent English language skills are essential, as all training sessions are conducted in English. Ability to thoroughly understand English content for accurate editing and presentation. Proficiency with Tools : Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Express). Free software like OBS Studio and Audacity. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus but not mandatory. Professional Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in video editing. Prior work on educational videos or training content is a plus. Salary Range 25K to 30K Per month Indian Rupees.
