Job Description Position: Head of Digital Transformation / ERP Program Manager Location: Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore/Chennai) or Bangalore Type: Full-time | On-site with field visits to the mill Company Overview: We are establishing a high-capacity OE spinning mill with 200250 crore in annual revenue, operating a fully automated plant with IoT-enabled machines, automated packing, and RFID-based warehouses. We are implementing an integrated ERP + IoT + BI system and seeking a visionary leader to drive this digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ERP + IoT + BI digital transformation for the mill - Implement and manage ERP (SAP / Dynamics 365 / Odoo) - Integrate IoT sensor data into ERP and BI dashboards - Coordinate internal team and external vendors - Lead change management and user training Qualifications: - Bachelors or Master’s in Engineering, IT, or Management - 8–15 years in ERP/digital transformation in manufacturing - Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Odoo - Knowledge of IoT, Power BI, textile manufacturing is preferred Experience & Qualifications 1.
