Digital Technical Lead / Stack Developer Lead / Development Lead (Web Development)

As a Digital Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading web development projects and delivering responsive, SEO-optimized websites and digital solutions. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in managing in-house and outsourced development resources effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-stack development encompassing frontend, backend, databases, and APIs. - Define technical architecture and oversee development processes and standards. - Manage code reviews, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Ensure project timelines, security, scalability, and performance standards are met. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices for continuous improvement. Technical Skills: - Strong experience in full-stack development with technologies including: - Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Vue.js, Angular - Backend: Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python, or Java - Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB - APIs: RESTful, GraphQL - Version control: Git, GitHub, GitLab - Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, Shopify - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Strong understanding of web security best practices, performance optimization, responsive design, and SEO-friendly coding - Familiarity with web analytics and tracking code integrations Leadership & Management Skills: - Ability to mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills under tight deadlines - Capacity to translate business requirements into technical plans - Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Soft Skills: - Critical thinking and analytical mindset - Time management and prioritization - Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving digital projects - Proactive in learning and adopting new technologies Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 7-10 years of web development experience, with at least 2 years leading development teams This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
