Digital Talend Open Studio Developer

As a member of the team at Viraaj HR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Talend Open Studio. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, executing data migration and transformation processes efficiently, and developing test cases for data integration. Monitoring and improving data quality metrics to ensure accuracy, managing troubleshooting and debugging of ETL processes, and documenting technical specifications will be essential aspects of your role. You will be expected to implement best practices in data management and analytics, assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading of large datasets, and ensure compliance with data governance and protection policies. Providing support for production issues, conducting performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes, and collaborating with the data warehouse team to ensure optimal data architecture will also be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Talend Open Studio Developer or in a similar ETL development role. Strong understanding of data integration and ETL best practices, proficiency in SQL and database management systems, and experience with data quality tools and methodologies are required. Familiarity with data visualization tools, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are also important. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools, and experience with cloud technologies and environments will be beneficial.
