Current Openings Digital Support- Team Lead Digital Support

Description:

Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Give tasks to team members and ensure they complete them on time.
Guide and support the team to achieve their targets.
Check call quality and give feedback for improvement.
Attend senior or difficult calls when team members get stuck while converting a lead.
Create and track team contests for motivation.
Support in selecting and hiring new team members.
Train new joiners and help them understand the process.
Work on strategies to improve lead conversion.
Coordinate with other departments when needed.
Follow and maintain SOPs and improve processes where required.

Desired Profile:

Good Excel and MIS knowledge
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Team handling and people management ability
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in call audits (added advantage)
Ability to analyse data and identify improvement areas
Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes
Positive attitude and ability to motivate the team
Experience in mutual fund distribution or related field will be given first preference
