Align creative outputs with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives. Create and oversee big ideas that bridge copy and design—from campaign taglines to full-funnel visual systems. Oversee creative direction from ideation to execution. Provide constructive feedback and ensure timely delivery. Develop and present concepts and creative strategies to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring their brand voice and vision are consistently executed. Nurture talent through coaching, creative reviews, and development planning. Develop creative pitches to drive business growth and bring in new clients. Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies; continuously push the boundaries of creative work. Work closely with strategy, accounts, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Requirements: 10+ years in a creative leadership role within a marketing/advertising agency, with hands-on experience in both copywriting and design strategy. Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams. Ability to transform briefs into strategic creative solutions with measurable impact. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients. Proficient in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiar with copy and brand tone development processes.
