Digital Site Surveyor

As a Digital Surveyor at Velmayil Property Developers in Coimbatore, your role involves conducting precise land and site surveys using advanced digital instruments such as total stations and GPS. You will be responsible for preparing accurate layout plans, ensuring data accuracy for construction projects, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and site teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct digital land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments. - Prepare and verify site levels, boundary lines, and layout drawings. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to provide accurate survey data. - Analyse and interpret survey data for project planning and execution. - Maintain updated records of all surveyed data, maps, and site layouts. - Ensure all surveys comply with company standards and local regulations. - Assist in setting out work for structural, foundation, and infrastructure projects. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying. - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects. - Proficient in using digital surveying tools such as Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, etc. - Strong technical understanding of topographic and layout surveys. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and good analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites.
