Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Service Manager to lead our Personal Productivity Services team in the Automotive Business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital services and automotive business, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive digital service strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products and services that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital services, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in digital services, preferably in the automotive industry, with a focus on personal productivity.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is desirable.
