We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries. Customer Outreach: Initiate and manage conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and enterprise sales teams to optimize lead handoff and conversion. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 13 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS office, CRM tools, and sales enablement software. Results-Oriented: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on meeting targets. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-Motivation: Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of goals. Why Join Us?
