Job Description

As the Lead of Digital Revenue, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our digital products and services. You will lead the strategy, development and execution of cross-sell initiatives, digital campaigns, and revenue generation activities across various digital channels. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Roles Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive digital revenue strategy, encompassing cross-selling, upselling, and driving adoption of our full suite of digital products and services. Lead the development and execution of data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels to acquire new customers, increase engagement, and maximize revenue generation. Oversee the development and optimization of our digital sales funnels, ensuring a seamless customer experience from acquisition to conversion. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, including product marketing, campaign management, and data analysis specialists. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure our digital offerings are aligned with customer needs and drive revenue growth. Analyse customer data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. Partner with other business units to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to digital revenue generation. Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for the digital business segment. Qualification Minimum 10-15 years of experience in financial services or a related industry, with a proven track record of success in driving digital revenue growth. Experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives. Excellent knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
