Job Description

You should have skills in mobile devices, field engineering, networking, troubleshooting, installation, and splicing. Your responsibilities will include installing CPE devices and managing daily partners. You will need to address partner queries, ensure quality installations, interact with customers, and troubleshoot device defects. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling device queries, recording job details in the CRM portal, upgrading device software, and assembling/dismantling smartphones. You may also need to repair handsets, verify devices for exchange, inspect FTTx devices, and travel to touch points. Providing training/support to service points and fulfilling adhoc responsibilities as per business requirements will also be part of your role.,
