Job Description: Digital Acquisition Manager (Demat Account Opening) Company : JM Financial Services Process : Outbound Demat Account Opening (BlinkX Application) Designation : Digital Client Acquisition Location : Thane Shift : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Rotational Week Off) Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients and assist them in opening Demat accounts via the BlinkX app. Ensure clients successfully download the BlinkX app and complete the registration and KYC verification. Use provided leads effectively to meet daily and monthly client acquisition targets. Engage with clients to clarify any questions about the Demat account process and stock market investments. Maintain clear communication to guide clients through the account setup and KYC process. Address client concerns and provide detailed information on stock market benefits. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, account openings, and follow-ups. Ensure follow-ups are timely to assist clients throughout the account creation journey. Monitor progress and ensure all tasks align with acquisition goals and timelines. Key Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and simple manner. Understanding of Financial Products : Basic knowledge of Demat accounts, stock markets, and investment terms such as Nifty 50, Sensex, Stocks, etc. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using mobile applications and basic digital tools to facilitate the account opening process. Customer Focused : Ability to build rapport with clients and guide them through the account opening process. Target-Driven : Able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets with a focus on performance and quality. Key Interview Questions: What is a Demat Account, and why is it important? Can you explain what the Share Market is and how it works? What do terms like Nifty 50, Stocks, Sensex, and SEBI refer to? Provide an example of basic math calculations like 20% of 100.
