Job Description Are you a seasoned media sales professional with a proven track record in digital advertising? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Media Sales Head to join our growing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with clients and agency partners. Core Responsibilities 1. Agency & Brand Partnerships Agency Management: Build and nurture relationships with large and medium-sized media agencies (such as Publicis, IPG) to prospect and close high-value advertiser deals CMO Engagement: Develop strong relationships with brand CMOs, understand their business objectives, and design tailored digital advertising solutions Market Expansion: Manage agency partners to expand market reach, drive demand, and maximize revenue opportunities 2. Client & Internal Collaboration Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for agencies and brands, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience. 3. Operational Excellence Order Fulfillment: Oversee seamless order fulfillment and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions as needed. 4. Negotiation & Market Intelligence Deal Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with agency partners and brands. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Must Have: Proven experience selling to large agency groups (e.g., WPP, Publicis, OMG). Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, technologies, and industry trends. Minimum 5 years of experience in media agencies. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferably from a top-tier institute). Experience: 5–10 years of experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Other: Willingness to travel as required.
