Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Create engaging content (posts, blogs, videos) tailored for corporate, retail, banking, and hospitality sectors. Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to generate inbound leads. Oversee website traffic, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. Analyze performance data and refine strategies for better ROI. Collaborate with sales teams to nurture leads and support conversions. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation. Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or B2B lead generation. Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content creation. Strong understanding of analytics tools, CRM, and marketing automation.
