Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Media Lead to manage and grow our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in news or digital media, team leadership, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital content strategy and execution for online and social media platforms
Supervise content creators, editors, and video teams
Plan, review, and optimize news and feature content for maximum reach
Analyze digital performance metrics and audience insights
Oversee SEO, social media engagement, and brand consistency
Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and news formats

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in digital media or news channels
Strong leadership and communication skills
Expertise in digital strategy, content production, and analytics
Proficiency with tools like YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
