Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver digital marketing training sessions, providing guidance on social media campaigns, marketing strategies, and sales conversions. Responsibilities include creating training materials, mentoring participants, monitoring their progress, and staying updated with the latest industry trends to ensure course content is current and impactful.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and mentor participants
• Proficiency in marketing techniques, including digital and social media marketing
• Experience in designing and conducting training programs
• Understanding of sales principles to relate marketing strategies to business goals
• Ability to stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate them into training materials
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a training or consulting role is advantageous
