Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who is both creative and analytical, with a strong foundation in content writing. If you’re passionate about running performance-driven digital campaigns, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, running paid ad campaigns, managing social platforms, and analyzing data to see what’s working. The goal? To boost our brand visibility, drive more traffic, and generate high-quality leads across all digital channels. What You’ll Be DoingWriting clear and engaging content for ads, social media posts, landing pages, and short-form video scripts (think Instagram Reels).Planning, running, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram with advanced targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.Managing and growing our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.Coordinating and optimizing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels.Developing and running multi-channel marketing campaigns that include SEO, PPC, email, content, and influencer outreach.Optimizing landing pages and user funnels to maximize conversions and improve lead quality.Monitoring campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, and making adjustments based on the data.Doing market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and find new opportunities.Collaborating with our design, development, and content teams to create conversion-focused assets.Keeping an eye on the marketing budget, tracking spend, and delivering performance reports with actionable insights.Staying updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to ensure our strategies stay fresh. Tools & Skills You’ll NeedMeta Ads Manager – You’ve got experience setting up campaigns, optimizing for results, and segmenting audiences.Google Ads – You’re comfortable with Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns (basic to intermediate).Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – You know how to track conversions and understand audience behavior.Google Tag Manager (GTM) – You can set up event tracking and integrations.Design & Video Tools – You’re familiar with tools like Adobe Express, CapCut, or InShot for creating eye-catching content.CMS Knowledge – You’ve worked with WordPress or similar platforms and can handle basic updates.
