Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist Position: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Hyderabad Department: Marketing Overview: We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, with the ability to execute and analyze campaigns for various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management & Strategy : Manage and update the companys LinkedIn and other social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to build a strong online presence. Develop and execute social media strategies that increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness. Track and analyze performance metrics on social platforms, optimizing content and posting strategies to boost reach and interaction. Brochure & Content Creation : Design and create visually appealing and informative brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials for digital and print purposes. Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing collateral. Create engaging content (blogs, articles, graphics, videos) that aligns with company goals and target audience needs. Website Optimization and Updation : Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring all content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO. Analyze website performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. Ensure the website is mobile-optimized and aligned with current trends in design and user behavior. SEO Management : Perform on-page and off-page SEO to increase website visibility and ranking in search engines. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for content, ensuring maximum exposure and organic reach. Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Social Media Growth (LinkedIn) : Focus on growing and increasing the number of followers and engagement on the company's LinkedIn page. Regularly update the LinkedIn profile with relevant company news, case studies, and posts to establish thought leadership in the industry. Paid Campaigns & Advertising : Plan, create, and manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. Email Marketing : Design and send email newsletters and marketing campaigns to clients, prospects, and partners. Manage subscriber lists, analyze open and click-through rates, and fine-tune email marketing strategies. Analytics & Reporting : Regularly monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts (website traffic, social media engagement, ad campaigns, etc.). Use insights to recommend improvements and optimize future campaigns. Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with other departments, including sales and product teams, to ensure that digital marketing strategies align with company objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously bring new ideas to the table. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media management, SEO, and content creation. Expertise in using social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), social media management tools, and content creation software. Proficiency in SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Experience with website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML knowledge is a plus. Strong design skills with experience in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating marketing collateral. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Strong understanding of content marketing strategies.
