This role demands strategic thinking, team leadership, performance marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of brand-building in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies across all channels (Performance + Organic)
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators
• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. with focus on ROAS and CPL
• Drive SEO strategy and oversee content marketing efforts
• Analyze data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
• Coordinate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing strategies
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of spends
• Explore and execute influencer campaigns and brand partnerships
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements-

• 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience (D2C/Brand experience preferred)
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and other analytics platforms
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to create and drive data-driven strategies
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities
• Creative thinking with ROI-oriented execution
