SMH Corporation is a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality services/products to our clients across various industries. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our lead generation and brand-building efforts.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for the company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and be able to manage campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation

· Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

· Optimize campaigns for CPL (Cost Per Lead) and conversions.

· Build landing pages and monitor their performance.

· Work with the sales team to understand target audiences and improve lead quality.

Social Media & Content

· Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

· Plan and schedule engaging content to build brand visibility.

· Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and track performance.

SEO & Website Management

· Basic knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO.

· Work with web developers/designers to update website content regularly.

· Track website analytics and make recommendations for improvement.

Email Marketing

· Run targeted email campaigns for nurturing leads.

· Create and manage email marketing lists, automation, and reporting.

Analytics & Reporting

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

· Provide insights and suggestions to improve ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of lead generation strategies.

· Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

· Knowledge of SEO basics and analytics tools.

· Good communication and content-writing skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

· Experience using Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar tools.

· Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge.

· Understanding of CRM systems.
