Digital Marketing Specialist- SEO | Google, Meta Ads

We’re While Digital, a growing digital marketing agency serving small businesses across the USA, UK, and Canada. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads to join us full-time.

This is a remote role, but not a freelance gig, we work together actively during duty hours via tools like Google Meet and Slack. If you value teamwork, consistency, and want to grow into a leadership role, read on.

We’re looking for someone who can plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns while also bringing value through SEO and other channels. You’ll work closely with the founder and team on real client campaigns where paid marketing is a key driver of results. We value initiative, reliability, and a leadership mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns (search, display, remarketing, lead gen)
• Strong understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
• Ability to create and analyze paid ad reports, track ROI, and improve performance
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency
• Exposure to social media marketing strategies
• Reliable communication & presence during work hours
• Someone who takes ownership, not just tasks
• Long-term mindset with leadership potential
