Ltd. is a rapidly growing snack brand on a mission to make “Healthier – Everywhere – For everyone.” We offer crunchy, roasted (no-oil) bites—from gourmet nuts to zesty trail mixes—through your local kirana stores across Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune, and also online via Amazon and shopbazana.in. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that amplify our buzz, grow brand love, and drive sales both online and in local retail outlets. Role Overview SEO Focus: Define and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization). Drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and domain authority improvements. Digital Marketing & Analytics (30%): Support paid search and social campaigns using SEO insights. Monitor performance (Google Analytics, dashboards), conduct A/B tests, and report ROI. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with content, design, development, e-commerce, and sales teams. Innovation: Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes, AI personalization, voice search, and competitor tactics. Must have qualifications 3–5 years of dedicated SEO experience (on-page, technical, link building) Proven organic traffic growth and ranking improvements Expertise with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) & Google Analytics Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of site architecture Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Prior experience in FMCG or D2C F&B/CPG brands Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA CTC Show more Show less
