B. About Your Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to join our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives, driving B2B lead generation, brand growth, and measurable business results through data-driven paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Bing Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for performance marketing and B2B lead generation to drive measurable business growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and bid management to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.) to track performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to align messaging and optimize landing pages for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency across all campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with broader business objectives.
  • Identify and test new channels and ad formats to expand reach and improve lead quality.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.


D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing are a plus.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of proven digital marketing experience with a focus on paid campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.

Essential technical skills

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and B2B marketing
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot (or similar)

Preferred

  • Experience in managing large-scale, multi-platform campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integrations
  • Strong copywriting or creative testing experience
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
