Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Nimbarka Industries is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage Company's social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends. Objectives of this role Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Nimbarka's, including SEO, SEM, SMO, email marketing, PPC, and social media, All meta adds, google adds, whatsapp marketing, Shopify, website development and management. Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Company ’s digital presence Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques Develop and monitor campaign budgets Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Company’s marketing campaigns Skills and qualifications Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends Strong project management and managerial skills In-depth knowledge of current digital trends Experience in digital marketing, or a related field Proficiency in photo and video editing software Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred) SEO: 3 years (Preferred) SEM: 3 years (Preferred) Web development: 3 years (Preferred) Google Ad Manager: 2 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
