Digital Marketing Specialist - Roles & Responsibilities Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our paid campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in managing budgets efficiently, and expertise in creating performance-driven campaigns that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and WhatsApp. Continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and New Visit %. Analytics & Tracking: Monitor campaign spending and assess performance using GA4 (Google Analytics 4). Generate insights based on data trends to improve campaign efficiency and customer acquisition. Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Develop and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Strategize customer segmentation and retargeting efforts to maximize conversions. Dashboard Creation: Design comprehensive dashboards using Looker Studio to visualize key performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights through customized reporting. CRM & Automation: Manage and leverage CRM tools such as Growlytics, Clever Tap, and Wicked Reports to enhance customer retention and improve marketing automation. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals. Proactively identify new trends, tools, and techniques to improve campaign performance. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing successful paid campaigns with measurable results. Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions. Experience in CRM tools like Growlytics, Clever Tap, or Wicked Reports is a must. Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset. Preferred Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing campaign management. Experience in e-commerce or fashion industry marketing is a plus. Job Location: Chennai Mode: On-site
