We’re on the hunt for a savvy digital marketer to elevate our Instagram presence, drive lead generation, and craft engaging content—highlighting our craftsmanship, before-and-afters, and specialty services.

Key Responsibilities

• Instagram Strategy & Growth

Design and implement strategies tailored to growing our Instagram following, reach, and engagement.

Create a robust content calendar featuring posts, reels, stories, carousels, and UGC.

Leverage trending formats and features (e.g., reels, interactive stories, hashtags, collaborations) to amplify visibility.

• Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

Produce captivating visuals, including before-and-after images, engaging reels, time-lapse videos, and service demonstrations.

Edit photos and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.

Craft compelling captions with a strong call-to-action (e.g., booking inquiries, service features).

• Lead Generation & Conversion

Respond promptly and professionally to leads via Instagram DMs, comments, and other social channels.

Support booking and inquiry workflows through WhatsApp or social media handles.

Assist in Instagram ad campaigns—setting objectives, targeting, testing, and reporting.

• Analytics & Performance Tracking

Monitor key metrics: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, story views, ad performance, lead conversions.

Generate actionable insights and adjust strategy based on performance data.

• Brand & Community Engagement

Maintain consistent brand tone across captions, visuals, and interactions.

Engage actively with followers, respond to queries, and foster community through comments, messages, and local automotive groups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,480.05 - ₹36,687.39 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)
