Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing technology stack and digital campaigns. You will develop and execute strategies across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights to improve customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates. Your role will be critical in driving the success of our marketing initiatives and aligning marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the Martech stack, including CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms, CMS, social media, email marketing, and lead generation technologies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools with existing systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns across social media, email, and content channels.
  • Track, report, and optimize campaign performance to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Develop strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
  • Align marketing and sales efforts to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current with Martech trends and recommend new tools and strategies.
  • Train and support the marketing team in effective usage of Martech tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing)
  • Proficiency in analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
