Location: Kolkata Experience: 5-7 Years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: As per market norms and relevant experience About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist with 5-7 years of experience who can lead digital marketing strategy, social media management, and organic digital growth for clients. The ideal candidate will develop high-impact digital marketing frameworks, oversee content strategies, and drive audience engagement across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership - Develop and oversee multi-channel digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives. - Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation. - Lead brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategy for clients. - Advise on emerging digital trends and best practices to enhance engagement and brand growth. 2. Social Media & Community Growth - Develop and execute innovative social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. - Lead content planning, social listening, and influencer collaboration efforts. - Build and manage engaged online communities to enhance brand reputation. - Drive thought leadership through content curation and executive branding initiatives. 3. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership - Oversee content marketing strategies including blogs, whitepapers, and multimedia content. - Ensure SEO-driven content planning for increased organic traffic and engagement. - Develop brand storytelling and thought leadership content to position brands as industry leaders. - Align content with business goals, audience insights, and conversion strategies. 4. SEO & Organic Digital Growth - Lead SEO optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings and brand visibility. - Oversee keyword research, site audits, and content optimization efforts. - Implement link-building and domain authority strategies to improve online presence. - Monitor website analytics and user behaviour insights for performance improvements. 5. Digital Campaign Performance & Analytics - Track and analyse organic and social media performance metrics. - Generate comprehensive digital marketing reports with strategic recommendations. - Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights to optimize strategy. - Present actionable insights and drive continuous improvements across digital channels. 6. Limited Paid Media Support (Secondary Focus) - Guide the integration of organic and paid digital strategies for holistic brand growth. - Provide strategic insights on low-budget, high-impact paid media campaigns. - Ensure synergy between content marketing, SEO, and paid efforts. Skills & Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy, content marketing, and social media management. Strong expertise in brand storytelling, organic growth, and executive digital presence building. Hands-on experience with SEO optimization, content strategy, and thought leadership development. Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing. Ability to leverage data insights for marketing decisions and campaign optimization. Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, and social media analytics tools. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
