Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. A strong understanding of SEO best practices is essential, as you'll play a key role in improving website visibility and organic performance. You will also liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless execution and reporting of all digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, lead generation, and conversions. 2. SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits. Collaborate with content teams to implement SEO best practices. Track and improve organic rankings, traffic, and website performance using tools like Google Search Console. Manage and Optimize GMB page Website Maintenance 3. Performance Tracking & Analytics: Generate and share weekly/monthly reports on paid and organic performance. Analyze metrics using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms to drive data-informed decisions. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal design and brand team to align campaigns with business objectives. Support the creation of landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets. 5. Agency Coordination: Coordinate with external digital marketing and SEO agencies for campaign execution, content planning, SEO plan, media buying, and performance reviews. Ensure timelines, brand guidelines, and quality standards are consistently met. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
