Role Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, website, email, and other platforms.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, both online and offline.
• Optimize content for SEO and track analytics to enhance campaign performance.
• Create engaging content that communicates technical solutions in a clear, impactful way.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to translate technical knowledge into marketing strategies.
• Contribute new ideas for brand building, market penetration, and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on industry practices to continuously refine our marketing approach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
• Ability to generate creative and effective strategies for both online and offline lead generation.
• Strong content creation skills, balancing technical accuracy with marketing appeal.
• Prior exposure to industrial products or technical solutions is a plus.
• Engineering background preferred but not mandatory.
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of projects.
