Our India team works directly with our Australian leadership to deliver high-quality marketing and technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns for Australian clients (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Create compelling content including ads, reels, creatives, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns Optimise websites for SEO, perform keyword research, and track rankings Set up and manage CRM campaigns, workflows, and automations (GoHighLevel experience preferred) Analyse performance metrics and prepare detailed weekly reports in Australian time schedule Collaborate with Australian creative teams for photoshoots, branding, and advertising material Brainstorm growth strategies, funnel improvements, and campaign enhancements Ensure timely delivery aligned with Australian business hours and deadlines

Experience with GoHighLevel CRM (big advantage)
Knowledge of AI tools for content & automation Video editing and reel creation Experience in NDIS/healthcare/real estate marketing is a plus

• Run paid ad campaigns and optimise performance
• Create engaging content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Manage SEO, keyword research, and analytics
• Handle CRM workflows and automations (GHL preferred)
• Prepare weekly performance reports
• Collaborate with teams in Australia

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing (agency preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Meta & Google Ads
• Good English communication
• Ability to work aligned with AEST/AEDT
