As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your role involves planning and executing various digital marketing campaigns to enhance the online presence and performance of the company. Your key responsibilities include: - Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, encompassing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. - Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages to elevate user engagement and lead generation. - Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance accordingly. - Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and enhance overall user experience. - Brainstorm innovative growth strategies and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. - Utilize strong analytical abilities to assess the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints. - Maintain a consistent social media presence across all digital platforms. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. - Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc. - Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and various social media platforms. - Experience in content creation, A/B testing, and utilizing CRO tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
