We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and boost revenue for our IT services. Key Responsibilities : Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to attract potential clients. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines. Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising : Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI. Social Media Management : Manage and grow the companys presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Create engaging content, monitor trends, and interact with the audience. Content Marketing : Create high-quality blog posts, whitepapers, email newsletters, and case studies. Collaborate with designers to produce visuals, infographics, and video content. Email Marketing : Design and execute email campaigns targeting potential clients and nurturing leads. Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversions to refine strategies. Analytics Reporting : Track the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Provide actionable insights and prepare monthly performance reports. Lead Generation : Use digital platforms to generate high-quality leads for sales teams. Collaborate with sales to convert leads into opportunities. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in IT services or B2B industries. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and SEMrush. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Excellent communication, content creation, and analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing processes is a plus.
