Role & responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp inquiries from prospective customers. Engage leads, nurture relationships, and close sales through WhatsApp communication. Track and manage leads using our CRM software. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Follow up with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey. Preferred candidate profile Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably through chat or digital platforms). Excellent written communication skills; ability to engage effectively via text. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business tools and CRM software. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in e-commerce or digital sales is a plus.
