Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for maximum ROI. Oversee SEO strategies , including on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic traffic. Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blog posts to drive brand awareness. Analyze and monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools . Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up on digital leads. Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spending. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market dynamics. Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in real estate digital marketing . Proven expertise in lead generation, PPC campaigns, and SEO . Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM software . Strong understanding of social media marketing and email automation tools . Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to create compelling real estate marketing content. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications. Experience with real estate portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com . Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
