Digital Marketing & SEO Intern - Paid Internship

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & SEO Intern to join our team in Gandhinagar . This full-time, on-site internship is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about SEO, link building, and content marketing to gain hands-on experience in real-world projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing off-page SEO activities, including: High-quality link building Guest posting and content outreach Forum and blog commenting Local citations and directory profile creation/maintenance Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify new link-building opportunities using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz , etc. Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly blog articles for external and internal publishing. Collaborate with the content team to create linkable assets and optimize content for maximum reach . Monitor and update business listing profiles to ensure consistency and accuracy . Track keyword rankings, domain authority, backlink profiles , and report performance regularly. Stay updated with the latest SEO guidelines , Google algorithm updates , and digital marketing trends . Assist with basic on-page SEO tasks if required (e.g., meta tags, internal linking , etc.). What We’re Looking For: Passion for digital marketing and a strong willingness to learn and grow Basic knowledge of SEO principles , especially off-page SEO Strong writing skills with an interest in blogging and content marketing Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest , etc. Understanding of how to optimize content for SEO (headings, keywords, readability, internal linking) Good communication and outreach skills for link-building and collaborations Detail-oriented with strong research capabilities Ability to adapt to emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO , etc.) to enhance content and SEO workflows Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva Show more Show less
