Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities (for Material Handling Equipment Industry) 1. Strategy Development Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (B2B focus). Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target customer segments in logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse sectors 2. Website & SEO Management Optimize the company website for SEO (technical SEO, keyword research, content structuring). Manage landing pages and product pages (scissor lifts, dock levelers, stackers, etc.) to generate leads. Improve domain authority through quality backlinks and content. 3. Lead GeneratioN Run targeted Google Ads (Search, Display) and LinkedIn campaigns focused on industrial buyers, OEMs, and contractors. Design lead funnels using forms, CTAs, and CRM integrations. 4. Social Media & Content Marketing Develop engaging content around product applications, case studies, industry trends, and FAQs. Maintain active presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram showcasing installations, customer testimonials, and product demos. Schedule and manage posts, reels, and paid promotions 5. Email & WhatsApp Campaigns Build and manage mailing lists of dealers, OEMs, and industrial clients. Design product updates, offer-based, and service reminders via email and WhatsApp tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or Interakt 6. Analytics & Reporting Track performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards. Prepare monthly reports on KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and lead quality. 7. Vendor & Tool Management Coordinate with digital agencies or freelancers for SEO, paid campaigns, or creatives. Manage digital tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, WordPress, and Meta Ads Manager. 8. Product & Service Promotion Highlight key product USPs (e.g., load capacity, platform size, warranty) through digital media. Launch seasonal or industry-targeted campaigns (e.g., warehouse automation, pharma logistics, MSME industrial parks). 9. Video & Visual Media Coordinate creation of explainer videos, animation clips, and installation walkthroughs. Manage a YouTube channel for product tutorials and customer installations. 10. Digital Branding Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints: email signatures, social headers, brochures, etc. Enhance visibility on B2B portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, Google Business Profile).
