Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies : Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with SN Digitech's overall business objectives. Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, content marketing, and search engine marketing. 2. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage SN Digitech's presence on social media platforms. Create engaging and shareable content to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement. Monitor social media trends, track metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly. 3. Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance SN Digitech's online presence. Create and optimize content for various digital channels, including the company blog, website, and third-party platforms. 4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to improve SN Digitech's search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and regularly analyze and report on SEO performance. 5. Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Monitor email campaign metrics and implement improvements based on performance analysis. 6. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising. Monitor budgets, analyze ROI, and adjust campaigns to maximize effectiveness. 7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance. Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending adjustments to strategies. 8. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed. 9. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices. Implement innovative and effective digital marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge. 10. Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. 11. Brand Management: Uphold and strengthen the SN Digitech brand through consistent messaging and brand representation across digital channels. 12. A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on various digital campaigns to identify the most effective strategies. Continuously optimize digital marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
