Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Sankalp Group Jaipur. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing social media platforms, implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing data for performance optimization, and driving customer engagement through various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: Qualifications: Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, considering various online channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital campaigns, including content creation, advertising, and promotions across different platforms to reach target audiences. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys social media profiles and presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., by creating engaging content and fostering community engagement. SEO and SEM: Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Content Marketing: Oversee content creation and distribution, including website content, blog posts, videos, infographics, etc., to attract and retain customers. Video Editing / Content Creation: Developing compelling video content for real estate projects and promotion on social media platforms for lead generation and branding. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives. Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment. Proven work experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Video Editing and Social Media Management) Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Masters/MBA could be a plus). Min 5-6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
