Job Title: Digital Marketing cum SEO Project Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing and SEO, with 1–2 years in a project management role . Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Digital Marketing cum SEO Project Manager to lead and manage marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on SEO strategy and execution. This hybrid role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills in SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and cross-functional project management. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and search rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across digital assets. Digital Marketing Management: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.). Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize for ROI. Develop landing pages, A/B testing strategies, and lead generation campaigns. Track performance metrics, create monthly reports, and present actionable insights. Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, content, SEO, paid ads, and developers. Create and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and task trackers. Lead project kickoff, review meetings, and post-launch analysis. Ensure timely delivery and quality of all marketing projects and campaigns. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO. Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing projects. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Asana/Jira/Trello. Strong understanding of website analytics, conversion tracking, and SEO metrics. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. PMP or similar certification (optional but preferred). Preferred Qualities: Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative thinking with a performance-driven mindset. Experience in B2B/B2C marketing strategies.
