Role Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, revenue growth, and brand visibility through paid and organic digital marketing channels Role - Digital Marketing Manager Lead Generation & Revenue Growth Role Summary The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and digital analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Working with CMO What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities Lead Generation & Revenue Growth Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through Paid Ads (Google Ads, social media, Display, etc.) Optimize conversion rates and drive revenue from digital ad campaigns Identify and implement strategies to increase organic revenue from the website Paid Digital Advertising (Performance Marketing) Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, CTR, and CPA A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies Organic Growth & SEO Optimization Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic Work with content and technical teams to optimize website content and structure Conduct keyword research, backlinking strategies, and on-page SEO improvements Content & Brand Visibility Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets Plan and execute content marketing strategies to improve engagement and reach Leverage social media and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness Digital Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms Generate reports on traffic, lead conversions, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights Define metrics to measure the performance of medico marketing team and monitor these metrics What we are looking for in you Proven track record in lead generation, paid ad campaigns, and revenue-driven strategies Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console) Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign performance measurement Excellent understanding of content marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What we promise to you Great Learning Role Demands (travel) Yes Location Mumbai Requirement Essential 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing (performance marketing & SEO) Desirable Education Bachelor’s degree/ MBA preferred
