Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, generate leads, and improve customer engagement across all digital platforms.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC, and display advertising campaigns
• Manage and coordinate with in-house teams and external agencies/freelancers or client coordination.
• Create and oversee content calendars, ad creatives, and digital marketing materials
• Optimize website and landing pages for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta ADs etc.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (managerial roles preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, influencer marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification
