Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing strategies that drive measurable results and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Lead website and landing page optimization initiatives to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage and analyze performance across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee content strategy for digital channels including blogs, social media, and newsletters.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and brand-aligned digital assets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, technologies, and algorithm changes to ensure best practices.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital tools.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Analytics / SEO / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
