Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, including social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage website performance, ensuring SEO best practices and an optimized user experience.
• Coordinate with internal teamsincluding design, sales, and productto align messaging and goals.
• Plan and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve measurable results.
• Stay updated on emerging digital tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role of eCommerce marketplaces (B2B, B2C).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Certification in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
• Experience managing digital marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
