Collaborate with the client servicing and digital marketing team/clients to understand requirements, deliverables, and scope of work Assist in developing effective media interventions based on robust communication planning Act as a point of contact for clients, possessing a strong understanding of cross-channel media strategy Lead strategic discussions on media alongside communication planning Design and implement digital media strategies tailored to campaign needs Coordinate with internal teams to execute the strategy Allocate and manage the budget, monitor campaign costs, and ensure ROI Conduct media buying, billing, and follow-ups Generate reports on purchases, expenses, invoices, and track media buying and utilization Monitor media expenditures to ensure compliance with agency and client budgets Conduct analysis and produce campaign reports, including KPI analysis, cost evaluation, ROI assessment, and productivity reports Present campaign performance, growth, ROI, and future strategy to clients Execute campaigns on social media, native advertising, and search engine platforms Manage campaign finances, monitor expenses, and handle invoices
